Going through a breakup is never easy. When it hits you out of the blue or like a bolt of lightning from the sky it can be even harder to handle. No matter how much time passes by or how hard you try, sometimes it feels like you'll just never really be able to move on. You might even be asking yourself "How do I stop thinking about my ex?"

If you're having trouble moving on and looking forward after a breakup you're not alone. A lot of people go through this. While that might not seem like a lot of help to your right now, it's almost always a little help to realize that you're not alone and that there are other people who share your struggles.

The really good news about the fact that there are other people who have shared your struggles though is that there are people out there who have survived this too. They've managed to finally put their exes behind them and move forward with your life.

But don't be too hasty to put your ex behind you just yet. It's not the only solution available to you.

Second Chance Romance

How many times have you thought about how great it would be to get your ex back? How many times since the breakup have you wished for a second chance?

What if I told you that you could have that second chance? Would you be willing to make a small sacrifice to make that happen? It's not even a big sacrifice. It's just nine minutes of your time. Most people spend that much time walking to the coffee maker at work and back. Isn't your romantic future worth 9-minutes? We'll talk more about THAT later.

Second chances aren't nearly as common as they should be. But, they are far from extinct. In fact, second chances happen all the time. Relationships prosper each and every day because one person was willing to take a chance.

Here are a few things to keep in mind that will improve the odds that you can make your second chance happen.

1) Don't fall into the "pity me" trap. Whenever you feel a bout of self-pity coming on it's time to call up a good friend and have him or her talk you down off the ledge. You need to have a positive attitude about yourself and your future now more than ever before.

2) Become an optimist. More importantly, surround yourself with optimistic people. Attitudes are contagious after all. Associate with people who have attitudes worth catching.

We're not talking about changes that are impossible to make. But I bet you're wondering how these changes can help you either get your ex back or find a way to stop thinking about your ex.

If you're ready to move on without your ex in your life then the best way to stop thinking about your ex is to fill up your time and your heart with love for someone else. Whether it's a great cause you're falling in love with or you adopt a pet you need someone or something you can love beyond distraction.

However, if you decide that the best course of action is for you to get your ex back you're going to need help of a different kind than what you need to stop thinking about your ex. You're going to need to follow the same advice taught in this free video -> http://magicofmakingup.com that has helped people in over 77 countries find closure of a lasting kind – together.
