Check in your local communities for classes like this or others that will help you get some exercise and feel better about yourself at the same time.

3) Accept your imperfections and love yourself in spite of and because of them. No one is perfect but no one should be defined by his or her body alone. You are so much more than what you see in the mirror. It's time you remember that and let your real beauty shine!
